1 – PERSONAL DATA

Generally speaking, you can visit the Association des Assureurs Mutualistes website without providing any personal information about yourself. In any event, you are under no obligation whatsoever to provide such information to the Association des Assureurs Mutualistes.

The Association of Mutual Insurers wishes to inform you that it reserves the right, where appropriate, to refuse requests that are manifestly unreasonable (due to their number, or because they are repetitive or systematic).

Right to rectify data

Under this right, the law entitles you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or erasure of your personal data which may, where applicable, be inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete or out of date.

6 – RESPONSE TIMES

The Association of Mutual Insurers undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or objection, or any other request for further information, within a reasonable period of time, which shall not exceed one month from receipt of your request.

7 – COMPLAINT TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY

If you believe that the Association of Mutual Insurers is not fulfilling its obligations regarding your personal data, you may lodge a complaint or submit a request to the relevant authority.
